Every pan and platter is sized for a crowd. Here's how far each one goes.
A quick rule of thumb: for a breakfast meeting, plan on 1 to 2 bagels per person. For lunch, pick one entrée or deli platter and one salad or side for every 10 people. Not sure? Give us your headcount and we'll suggest the right mix.
